Return Policies
www.realmiamivice.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and I am confident that you will be pleased with whatever product you've ordered (I've never had a complaint yet).
Unfortunately, due to the type of products I sell (books & t-shirts), and the nature of my particular business, it is extremely difficult for me to accept returns for the following reasons:
1) A person might read my book, in its entirety, then try to return it for whatever reason (it wasn't the type of book they wanted, etc.).
2) A person might try to return a t-shirt (after they've worn and washed it) because they ordered the wrong size, or they don't like the color of the logo (wanted it to be a deeper red, etc.).
3) In addition, the person will want me to refund the full price of the product, along with what it cost me to ship it to them, and also want me to pay for them to ship it back to me (without them incurring any re-stocking fee),
Therefore, unfortunately, all sales are final and, for the above reasons, I cannot accept any refunds or exchanges. I do hope you understand and thank you for your business.
